I'm pretty sure that this poster speaks for itself, so I'll just add that these were all taken on 26 February 2005 in Thiruvananthapuram (which you probably know as Trivandrum - its colonial name), India....

Most people go their whole life without having the pleasure of knowing how much their life is actually worth. Coincidently, most people also go their whole life without having the pleasure of visiting Haiti - the much maligned Caribbean nation where I once almost got shot by a portly, baby-faced motorcycle taxi driver called Peterson over the princely sum of 15 gourdes (or 30 US cents at the time). So here's to you Peterson! Without you, your gun and that excitable temper of yours, who knows what kind of horribly pretentious blog title I would've come up with.
